What is the main thing you look for when you are purchasing supplies from your Rural Merchandise agent.
Availability of product
Product Knowledge
Quality of products
Price
backup service of products.

for example,
is it only price you are after, or do you compromise on a higher price if they can provide knowlegde and backup services?
