Advertising, software?

What software do you all use when making up adverts? Be it in the journal or websites?

Re: Advertising, software?

Adobe is pretty much the industry standard for these software programs. Photoshop for pictures, indesign for page layouts. unfortunatly they cost a bomb and are really only for professionals
luckly there are free alternatives:
gimp for photos http://www.gimp.org/: try not to laugh at the name but is pretty much the same as photoshop
Scribus http://www.scribus.net/index.php is for page layouts, ads etc will create pdf's

most magazines will do the graphics work for you so you may as well make use of a professional

Advertising, software?

Interesting Boltonmanor. Any relationship with the real Boltonmanor up in Thamesford, Ontario, Canada?

If you are the real Boltonmanor I remember of a great black cow you guys had. I did see her in your barn back in the late 80’s.But now I am not sure if it was at your Farm her name was A Collins-Hi-View Boots.

You had this great Raquel cow. I didn't take this from my memory but off Holstein Canada's website.

Tony
