Hello COWTALK !!
Hello to all, all this is all a bit greek to me, so you'll have to excuse me if I'm not doing things correctly!
My name is James and I milk 120 Dairy Shorthorns on our family farm in south Cumbria, u.k.
We've been at our farm for 125 years, and have had ped DS since 1917.

Totally agree i like the 1940 diary no mention of the war or government or paperwork , just getting on with farming . Notice a bit of Rubens blood mixed in to your Goldie.

The web site is my mothers pride and joy, she may be an old(ish) grey granny, but she is a whizz on the pc!
And yes, Goldie 146 is by a son of rubens, and Pansy is by the high-pinned sire himself!!
