posticon Greetings, cow folk!

 emoticon Hello!

My name's Nat...I'm 20, and have a little chicken business www.traditionalbritishfowl.com (currently being redesigned so nowt works I'm afraid, there's an ebay shop running though if you're very interested!) I also love cows but alas, have not a single piece of land big enough emoticon However, we've put an offer in on a house that has a LOAD of old cow barns and I intend to fill them and rent grazing...not for profit, just as an expensive hobby - i'd like to show and and even train up a bull calf as an ox! The calf is sorted, he's a shorthornXholstein from a local farm. My cows, I would like either shorthorns or shetlands.

anyways, I'm just here to learn. currently based in lincolnshire although i spent my whole life previous in lancashire and loved it but circumstances prevailed and now i'm in the alnd of flat nothingness - not even that many sheep!?

Re: Greetings, cow folk!

I should point out that i made it sound like i dont do anything all day except spend money on animals - i like to ATTEMPT to make them pay! The government make it difficult for smallscale folk though....the chickens are most definately a business...not a very good one but anyways!
