Hi there Cowtalk
Hello,
My name is Marcel Verboom and fairly new on Cowtalk under the name Gidion.
I am an approved aAa analyser and have a fulltime job in analysing cows in about 400 herds in mainly the Netherlands but also in other areas in Europe including the UK and Ireland.
Maybe you have noticed that my topics and reply's are about aAa. I wonder why aAa is hardly used in the UK. Some who do are succesfull. The aAa breeding guide is developed by WA Weeks about 60 years ago and is never changed. It gives insight information in the question WHY does she has that problem What is the REASON. Only then you can work on that without depending on being lucky.
So for questions about aAa, you can place them on cowtalk.

Hello Gidion
Welcome, I look forward to reading your thoughts on AAA. You maybe know Greg Palen who is an analyser in the US, his coments on AAA are always interesting and thoughtful.
As you probably know Holstein UK do not like or approve of AAA. When you are in the UK please PM me ,I would like my herd analysed.

Re: Hi there Cowtalk
Hello Marcel,
from time to time, questions on aAa will arise as they did in the past. Glad to hear there is someone that could answer them now.
