Only in Canada, eh?

Have you ever had snow coming out your wazoo? Before last night we were less than a foot from an all time record for snow fall, which is around twelve feet. I'm sure we have it beat, with last night being the worst storm of the winter. There was lightning and thunder while snowing, I've never seen that before. I'm off to dig out the blower and find some cows.

I hear ya. We ended up with 18" yesterday. Had to put my snowshoes on to check the cows last night, there were drifts 5' deep in the driveway. I think this was likely the last shot at us, probably be spreading manure in 10 days.

Dale K are you expecting one hell of a thaw?

Re: …

Won't take much of a thaw here, we lost most of the snow that was on the ground last week. Ground's already completely thawed under the snow. We're supposed to be at +10 and warm rains by the end of the week.

You guys were pretty messy this weekend, weren't you? You spilled 12" of global warming on our area.

We have the snow, but the snow removal guys are all on strike this winter.

4 fellows from Keene (?) are taking care of all rural roads in the county with their tractors--and doing a great job of a miserable situation--but why the union hasn't been legislated back to work in weather such as this is a bit of a shock.

The snow at times gets so deep that I don't think an ambulance could make it through in an emergency.

Heard about the strike Grassy. Kinda defeats the purpose of striking if maybe the public learns they weren't QUITE so essential as they thought they were, doesn't it?

They won't plow the roads but they have no trouble cashing the property tax cheques.

Only in Canada, eh?

Record snows for the season throughout most of Wisconsin. Is it mid March.... it can stop now!!! I have never been more sick of winter.
