With the start of the season fast approaching I thought I`d start the ball rolling and create a mini-league for all you football brainiacs to join.
The mini-league is COWTALKERS UNITED and the PIN is 8006216.
It`s free to enter and you can register up to five teams with the possibility of winning cash prizes, so don`t delay, log on get your teams entered and may the best team win!

Just four players in the mini-league so far.
Everyone else must be waiting until the last minute, checking info for news of transfers and injuries but don`t leave it too late. You should enter your teams by midday on Saturday to score points from the first match of the season.
Of course you can enter later but your teams will miss out on points from matches already played and anyone worldwide can play.
Don`t forget there`s cash up for grabs so the best of luck!

I'd stuck a team together quite quick because I was away from Monday until Saturday night, but for some reason it hadn't gone into the mini-league.

Very well done to the runaway winner Big Bird who also finished 450th overall.
The overall winning team scored 3380 points and the winner walked away with £15,000.
Having checked the leaderboards it`s obvious that some people take this competition very seriously.

With apologies to Top Deck, I've taken the liberty of re-entering a Cowtalk mini-league, because I'll be away in the run-up to the start of the season.
Mini-league is Cowtalkers United, pin is 8004480.
I did, just, manage to overcome the urge to change the name to Cowtalkers City.
