Champions - Chelsea
Runners up - Liverpool, but not much seperating them from United and Arsenal. Arsenal to close the gap on the others provided they can keep Fabregas. City 5th.

Relegated - Burnley, Portsmouth, Wolves.

Most goals scored - Chelsea.

Big Bird, you`re being very reallistic about City`s chances.

redrobin, I wouldn`t mind a small wager that Spurs will not finish above Arsenal.

I think Hughes is, by and large, assembling a squad that has the potential to break into the top 4. I think he's payed too much for several of them but money isn't an issue to the owners.

Realistically they need to hit the ground playing and getting results consistantly from the start of the season to do that. Although not impossible, I think that's a very big ask with so many new players.

A Europa League place is a realistic target for the coming season. Above that would be a bonus, anything less would certainly be regarded as a failure in the current circumstances.

The only way for Spurs now is down, especially as that fantastic keeper of theirs, Gomes, has gone and hurt himself! emoticon

I'd think Cudicini replacing Gomez would be an improvement for Spurs.

If you wanted to base anything on 1 weeks games wouldn't you have to put Arsenal higher and United struggling mid-table?

I would if Sir Alex wasn't famous for hair dryers, they have good players injured also. Arsenal have a habit of breaking down, 1 key injury and they struggle. City could do better but thats all I think I would consider changing.
