My Son has nagged me to enter him in the junior great north run.I'm hoping it will motivate me into losing some weight by helping with his training!

Careful Mark, i went pace setting with Emma, and after about 6 miles was thinking about calling the knacker man to shoot me! Im sure your in better shape than me!

I doubt it, I couldn't run six miles! I have started playing football on a friday night which I love but it takes me until the Tuesday to be able to walk in a straight line again!Sam is only ten and although I can still beat him over 50M I wouldn't bet on myself over anything further. Look out for him in the 2020 Olympics!!
