That's an interesting vision about his Canadian evaluation and a profitable dairy cows, but you must to know that the Canadian conformation proofs is only based on the classification of the first lactation, if you take the US proof where all scores up to and including first permanent scored are included in the evaluation you can see an evolution of his body depth, if I made the mace conversion for you of the US proof of Mr Top, he has +6 in body depth (not the best but not so bad). But yes it is something to protect about Mr Top like every Goldwyn sons. And if you look on his Canadian evaluation, you can see that Mr Top is one of the best for durability.
