Re: …
My one and only cow was just classified VG-86-3YR-CAN at 72 DIM. She is a Gibson x 80pt Rudolph x 81pt Mason followed by 7 generations of Very Good cows.
I bought her at a dispersal sale of a pretty good B.C. herd last February, she was 82 points and pregnant to Titanic. She moved to 83 points a few months later, and calved in November with a heifer. She's projected to almost 12,000 kg this lactation, and has been averaging close to 5% fat on her first 2 tests, and projected to a 340 fat BCA. Great cow to work with, lowest SCC in the herd and very quiet.
She also has a Spirte heifer that looks pretty good and is now owned by a Master Breeder herd down the road.
The family flushed incredibly well at the original herd, so though she has that hole in the pedigree I think I'll try flushing her once this lactation. I'm considering using Spirte, because her biggest fault is loin strength, but her pin set is ideal. Can't really lose considering she only cost me $1000.
I'd appreciate other suggestions, just looking to maintain production and concentrate on type.

Classification results
Foxleigh, either you have the most consistent herd on earth(in a commercial setting not a little show tie stall with bought cows(nothing wrong with that either) or your classifiers score everything in the same range. Not much of a bell curve going on there at all. I know enough of those bulls to know you should probaly have some higher and some lower unless your herd is that consistent. I'm pretty sure my encores have a 15 point spread here for example from mid 90's old cows to low 80's(or below) two year olds.
