We had our progeny showcase today, and I was very impressed with this first crop daughter of Delta Olympic. She has had 2 calves and is projected to 4.08 305d 12,302kgM 4.23%F 3.35%P. Latest test was 52kgs at 4.44%F and 3.21%P. She was classified VG85 in her first lactation and moved up to VG87 in her second back in November. I would think she deserves a few points more now.

Her G79 dam was by a Labelle x Sunny Boy test bull that never made it because of his mediocre type figures.

We just got some second lactation pictures of Paramount daughters in. Both cows gave over 11,000kgs of milk in 305 days as two-year-olds and calved for the second time within the year.

Bonnie 50 VG86-2yr is 234 days into her second lactation and now projected to 2.11 305d 13,641kg M 3.43% 3.32% P 125LV and still giving 46kgs/day.

Mirjam 51 VG87-2yr is 159 days into her second lactation with a projected 305-days production of 3.01 13,429kg M 3.62% F 3.22% P 117LV. She is still giving 42kgs/day.

Both are milked by a robotic milker.
