Re: JLG youngsires

Fairly sure, that a lot of their bulls will not qualify for Europe due to being based in California. None of the bulls on their site are available here, as far as I know.

we got high country semen from them who had been EEC qualifyed and semen had been exported to and distributed from Red Rose genetics and KI Kampen. That was 1995
In 1997 Jisex international in the uk and KI Kampen nederlands imported and sold skagvale semen from bulls housed at JLG.
So it has been done before.
Storming Norman is based there too.
At the risk of sounding rude they will never be avalible if someone doesnt take a risk bites the bullet and makes it happen.
We wanted to use a delia son and told larry and he had a 6 month old full bro to dundee who was leucosis + at the time and I said if he ever comes negative quick collect some and oneday the phone rang and we had 100 straws collected, qualifed and shipped.Because they knew we wanted some/had a market they tested until they got a negative and then we got it.He wouldnt have kept testing the bull if he didnt have an order so you talk to Larry and see how you go.
