No, no one into AI, dam's proofs are not good enough for that. We will raise them and then sell as jumpers.

JTTH, I'm glad you've had great luck with Embryos out of her. Her two Rampage daughters turned out to be tremendous cows, and one of them should go EX our next classification.

Re: What's in your hutches?

How did the 4 Aces calves look? Have a couple first calf heifers due in Sept. to him. How about his calving ease? Has his proofs tanked? I purchased him as super samper, but see Select Sires doesn't list him any more in the catelog.

What's in your hutches?

They look fine. They were born during the extreme heat a few weeks back so I was worried about them for a couple days, but there fine.

Them and the onwards have been a pleasure to rear - the potters born recently are another matter.

EDIT: First Braedale Pagewire born this afternoon.

Another 4Aces heifer last night. Now that the potters are in the hutches they have settled down nicely and looking tremendous. Really pleased with them.

Interestinly, one jumped the pen and ran about 100m up the lane - decided it wasn't that much fun so turned around, jumped back in and went sleep.
