Can anyone identify this Pic (supposedly from Max Payne)

According to my tv mag, this is from Max Payne.. but somehow, I can't remember the Scene

And I don't think either Mila nor Olga ever look like that in the Movie..

So is it from the Movie, or from something different? Maybe I just missed it somehow, or it's an extended Version, or whatever

The girl is called Mila Kunis.
