any of these give you advice on how to work their own programmes. You may want to go down to your local computer store to get their advice on what package is best for your computer..
I use the pinnacle movie maker system which is pretty straight forward.
Once it is in wmv.avi,real player mode the editing is fairly easy and straight forward...
then it is just a case of putting them into a fileshare or file-storage system on the interenet..
make sure your selections are under 100mb size and putting them onto u-tube is easy.
