Hi, Kat.
Short answer is, you can't.
If you wish to leave runboard, just change your primary email address to a non existent email account, then change the password on your account (mashing the keyboard is a good way to do it, as you wont know what sequence you hit the keys), then logoff. If you again tempted, and you use the password recovery option, you wont get it, as it'll be sent to a non existent email address.

There is a master no-mail switch in the miscellaneous options that will prevent password retrievals and all other Runboard emails from being delivered to the address on your account.
