can't log in
The owner of our board cannot log in. She has tried everything. She has the correct user id and password but, nothing works. how can she contact someone to resolve this issue?

What error messages if any is your friend getting?
What is your friends user name?

Hi Lydia,
Make sure she is trying to log in with nik b with a space and no underscore.
Also, many times someone will feel 100% certain they have their password correct when they don't. If it's not a case of entering the username incorrectly, she should use the forgot password feature to make sure she has her password correct.

Hello Mari. I can't help you very well with this but an admin will be around very soon.
For the time being I can just say make sure the name is correct I have checked and it seems to be. Password must be correct, he may have his capitals on by mistake.
Also could it be your browser settings of a corrupted cookie. Try deleting your cookies or your Runboard cookies and trying again.
Other than that I am sorry.

Well, his "global banning" must be fairly recent. Since he said that he hasn't been on runboard for quite a long time, I'm wondering why was he recently banned. Can you please elaborate when the banning took place and for what reason?
