RB Extra in Trouble!

Hi Guys,

I just tried logging into RB Extra and the whole board seems to be having problems with its layout and loading super slow.

This is a screenshot of what I came across after 3 minutes of waiting for the RB Extra to load:

rbbt.net must have been down, the boards images and most of the css is stored there. This board is to report Terms of Service problems. Any technical problems, on boards should be posted at Runboard Support. emoticon

Thanks Guys and sorry for posting this problem here, as I couldn't do that at RB Extra last night.

First, it took about a while for RB Extra to load with the CSS problems it was having and then when finally loaded, I couldn't get the "add reply" screen to work at all, no matter how many times I tried, it just wouldn't load correctly.

It was around the same time we were experiencing Runboard problems with most of our boards being un-reachable. Actually, my board went down about 20 minutes after the problems accessing RB Extra.

It sounds like you were dealing with two unrelated problems at the same time, then, and that it was the Runboard-related problems that were preventing you from posting.

I thought there might have been a chance that the post icons and smileys on the reply screen might have prevented you from posting since the images weren't loading, and wanted to be sure that wasn't the case.
