Privacy.
The Customer Service Desk uses true-USENET style moderation in the Reports area. What does this mean for you? When you file a complaint, your post will instantly become hidden (Invisible). Only mods/admins may see your post.
We strive to protect all users and their privacy. Once a complaint is read and handled, it'll be deleted and/or moved to a restricted area.
We respect everyones privacy. If you have a complaint and aren't comfortable posting in a forum, feel free to PM one of the admins/mods and we would be more than happy to help you in private.
We can also discuss the issue with you in private. A ticket number will be assigned to you, as well as access to a private forum where you can discuss the matter with all admins/mods. This'll help with long-term problems or questions you may have about a problematic board/user.
If you have questions about your own board's content, and whether or not it violates Runboard's TOS, please feel free to post in the appropriate forum.
