Personal Settings
You can use the Control Panel option (at the top of the page) to edit your personal settings(Change Miscellaneous Options). You can create a signature that can appear on all of your posts, opt to receive emails pertaining to your posts, display/hide personal information and many other "tweaks" related to your profile.
