Have you gotten any new dvds lately?
The title says it all. Let's stick to music dvds.
I bought Live In Pompeiji by Pink Floyd last weekend. A classic!
I'm expecting a Little Feat live 2003 dvd to appear in my mailbox. Can't wait to see it!

Well, it's been a while, but the last music dvd I got is Dream Theater's Metropolis 2000. Great great stuff.
Now I'm waiting for the release of the double dvd Live in Tokyo/5 Years in a Livetime also from Dream Theater.

As a matter of fact. Just two days ago I got the urge to spend money and what I came home with was 'Grosse Pointe Blank', 'Roger Waters - The Wall Live In Berlin', 'Def Leppard - Classic Albums: Hysteria', Iron Maiden - Classic Albums: The Number Of The Beast' and one by Ian Gillan.

Just got Masters From The Vaults and Little Feat High Wire Act (St. Louis 2003).
I'd read about the DP one, and I agree with the critics that it could have been better... the most annoying thing is, along with that the Granada tracks aren't full tracks, that the Beat Club tracks are placed among the Granada tracks, thus making the dvd a very alienating (any Brecht fans here...) to watch. The perormances are great of course. The Gillan bits are good, especially Demon's Eye.
The Feat dvd is perfect. A materful band playing a stunning gig. That's it!
