Jon Lord and Eddie Van Halen?
What da' ya' think of that guitar/ keyboard duo?
I have often thought (outside the fact that Eddie has always done his own keyboard work-- when he's not playing guitar), that these two artists' virtuosic styles would actually complement each other very well.
Yes, Van Halen's keyboard emphasis has always been more synths and/or pianos, but I think Eddie Van Halen's overall neo-classical approach to guitar would work very nicely with Jon Lord's Hammond work.
Am I nuts, or does anyone else see this?

Re: Jon Lord and Eddie Van Halen?
EVH is one of the groundbreaking rock guitarists. Too bad he is also one of the most boring virtuoso guitarists I've heard.
