MTC and RBTC
I guess that we all have heard about Dawk's MTC, and I guess that some of you have heard soundclips of the MTC in action. Excellent stuff!
I wonder if any of you have heard the new one called RBTC (Ritchie Blackmore Tone Circuit?)?
Here's a soundsample
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68cdeoRmUmI
Go to http://www.mijfenders.com if you want more info.
Have anyone tried it? It looks like it gets the job done from what I've heard on youtube. I was stunned to see the price, 75 GBP. I don't know what the MTC cost, but I guess the price is a lot more?

Re: MTC and RBTC
Btw, I was posting on Dawk's forum for the first time today, asking him if he have heard about it. A few minutes ago I was back there to see if I had got an answer, but I couldn't get in- banned user!
Do you think that he could've mistaken me for someone who is selling the RBTC? Im not! The RBTC is sold from Made In Japan Fenders who are located in England, and I'm located in Norway...

Re: MTC and RBTC
The RBTC is a poor copy of the MTC, the guy from MIJ Fenders was trying to sell it via Dawks forum. They're really pissed about it and that's why you got kicked out - they thought you were trying to sell it.

Oh my God! No no no, I wasn't trying to sell it! I have nothing to do with mijfenders. I just visit their site from time to time to see what guitars they have up for sale.
I've sent an e-mail to Dawk about it, so I hope he will believe me...
Btw, have you tested the RBTC? Is it just crap, or...?

Re: MTC and RBTC
I haven't tested the fake unit but I wouldn't support someone who has stabbed Dawk in the back. I've heard people had bad experiences with mijfenders as well so I would be very careful if I was about to buy from them.

Re: MTC and RBTC
Don't forget, the guy from mij fenders is also on this forum! I wouldn't buy it either, so I can't tell how it is. There's a soundsample on youtube, but you can hardly tell how the unit sounds really I think.

Is he here on the forum??? Well, I suspect who it might be, but I'm not sure.... Not naming any name!
Niji mentioned that someone had trouble with mijfenders. Could you tell a little more? What kind of troubles?
