I like the high-grade Japanese Les Paul copies from the 1980ties. I have a Burny Super Grade Standard and a Greco EG-1000C Custom.
I also have a Steve Morse EMBB, but alas the narrow nut and other neck parameters make it difficult to play for me

Ehrrmmm... If I may....
After a "few" changes, I've ended up with a 2007 Gibson Les Paul Standard, Heritage Cherry Burst flame top, with WCR BetSet pu's and wiring. Very good axe with a sound out of this world!
Also, I recently invested in a 2005/ 2006 (Crafted In Japan) Fender Stratocaster '72 reissue, YellowWhite, with US vintage pu's, large headstock.....well, all 70s style, Picato RB77 strings and the RBTC with push/ pull tone pot.
Through my Marshall 1987X Plexi Reissue these two guitars takes me to tone heaven

Since I am now spending a year in Germany, I haven't got my guitars with me.
Just last week I bought me a Hohner Revelation RTX, made in Czechoslovakia in the beginning of the 90s. It's in very good shape and plays like a dream.
Nice red color too. 
My travel amp here is Roland's Microcube, sufficient enough for the time being.

Hohner Revelation RTX
Really nice guitar, with Wilkinson bridge, ATX pick ups and a Music Man style headstock (I heard that they changed the headstock after Music Man complained about the similarities). They don't make 'em any more.

I've been on an update spree of my guitars. The Explorer has been setup as a slide guitar, and as I got sick of differing output levels between them I wanted the pickups changed. So now they're all sporting EMG pick-ups.
For the rest I've put locking tuners by TonePros on all of them, a Callaham tremolo unit on the Strat, and changed the tune-o-matic bridges to TonePros as well.
And just for the bling bling factor I changed the pickguards to aluminum versions; the Strat has been rusted to make it look more beat up.
I have a local luthier building me a last one. A Strat with a mahogany body, ebony fretboard, and some other spare electronics I had lying around. A quick mockup makes it look a bit like this.

I'll try to get a pic of my Strat here shortly.
EDIT: Found this pic. Not photo art at its best (lightning, reflections etc.), fingerprints all over the body... I think I'll give the guitar a wipe-over one of these days!
