i know bolin only did 1 studio album w/purple but which 2 of these 2 guys do u think has a better purple sound BOLIN OR MORSE????

Tommy Bolin by a long shot. I've seen DP with both and can tell you that Tommy had much more stage charisma and a much better feel for the music without widdlin, wibblin and woobeda-ing all over the place. And CTTB is a much better album (IMNSHO) than any of the MK-Smiley disasters. Lord got out of bed for that one and Paice didn't use a stunt double.
