 Favorite live version of "Mistreated"
The one time I'm gonna throw in versions from a band other than Purple. It's only right and proper that Coverdale's version from "Live In the Heart Of the City", and Dio's from "On Stage" + "Live In Germany" get mentioned, I feel...so go ahead and ick your top 3

C'mon here the winner hand's down has got to be,
Rainbow On Stage and though Ronoldo(that's what he likes me to call him)does a fine job,it has nothing to do with the vocal's.Michael J fox in back to the future,
when he hit's that one chord
and get's blown clear off his feet.
That's what the opening megajamminriffathon
remind's me of.Although not too complicated
is out of this world!

None of the versions mentioned, actually. My favorite is the one that's included on Listen, Learn, Read on, from Mk3 US tour in 74. Best guitar opening that I've ever heard!!
The best of thoose mentioned here is the one from California Jam and the worst ones are from On Stage and Live....In the Heart of the City. On On Stage they play it way to fast and on LIHC they don't have any guitar opening at all. Terrible!!
