Close This Whole Thread?

Don't you think it's about time to close this "ROTD" thread? It's been almost a year since the album was released. Most of us keep on telling same stories. I believe all good and bad that could be said about the album has been already said emoticon

I had a weak argument as to why to keep it open ... but decided I didn't have the onions to keep it on.

Why not keep it open?

We're talking about the same things in every topic every now and then, so why close this one? If nobody's writing in this topic anymore, we can close it. But not as long as people write. If you don't like it, just keep away from it ;-)...

I have a split opinion on this.

1. Keep it open until the next album comes out, then replace it with one for that album.

2. Why bother with threads for individual albums when there is a Reviews section.

On balance, I would go with option 1, but it's a close run thing.

My view is that as long as it is the current/latest studio album it deserves its place - and more so than other boards in the top section of the forum in my non-humble opinion (sorry Ed - I know you have copyright on that "non" prefix!!) emoticon / emoticon / emoticon

Its not a big deal...its just not getting much traffic...and the posts are usually....I love ROTD...I hate ROTD....I Love ROTD...I hate ROTD.....etc.

Replace ROTD with DP and you can have an argument for closing the whole forum!
I don´t think that´s a reason to close the board.
