Looking for Specific CDs
Here's a question for those of you who have upgraded your Deep Purple CD collections or would like to do so.
I am looking for specific versions of the second and third studio albums on CD. I think the versions I am looking for are the first versions of these albums released in the UK.
The ones I'm looking for appear in the Highway Star's discography thusly:
Book of Taliesyn (2nd Studio Album)
UK 1989 EMI Records CDP-7-92408-2 [1CD]
Deep Purple (3rd Studio Album)
Europe 1989 EMI Harvest CDP 7 92409 2 [1CD]
These are NOT the remastered versions on EMI with bonus tracks.
Does anyone have copies of one or both of these CDs in undamaged, possibly near mint, condition that he / she would be willing to sell me?
Thanks!
Regards,
Mark Collier

Hello Mark,
Sorry: I received your two PM's but for a reason which, I fear, has to do with my very poor computer skills, I was not able to reply to it and might have sounded like a rude personne to you. Sorry for that.
For the moment, I'm not considering selling this CD because it is linked (the CD as such, not the content) to a specific memory (how, where, when I found it and bought it.
What I propose to you, since it seems to me that the original CD version you're referring to is still on sale in Belgium, is to inform you whenever I find one in the store. You'd then tell me whether you would still be interested and I'd buy it for you.
