Fighting Man
Has anyone heard of Ian ever performing live the classic Fighting Man from the MR Universe album (and of course Japanese album).Loved this song second only to CIT as my favourite Gillan vocal

He performed it in 1978 while Steve Byrd was still in the band, but never did it with Bernie Torme. But I never find a top notch live version, none really matched the studio to me.

Thanks Apollo i will have to have a look for a bootleg from that era I never knew it had actually been in the setlist the only thing i have seen with Byrd on guitar was a japenese video poor picture quality but great performance from the band big Ian was in awesome form in those days(the late 70s) but sadly by the early 80s he had lost a hell of a lot of his range

Is there not one of the many Angel Air "releases" with this a a live track. Could be wrong on this but I seem to remember that I was tempted for this track alone.
