Is it just me - or maybe this latest batch of loco-weed - or does the instrumentation to "Might Just Take Your Life" sound just like (not exactly, though) the instrumentation to "Woman From Tokyo", only backwards? emoticon

Mail me some of that grass, and I'll tell you if you're right or not! emoticon

Richard, I just couldn't say it better! (besides, I'm a bit lazy...) emoticon

Burn makes my top 3, I'd always loved when the band took a chance and/or shift in direction, witch my top 3 clearly reflects:

1. Fireball
2. Purpendicular
3. Burn

Listened to the album a while ago. It's even better than I remembered!

A detail that really caught my attention was Lordy's piano work in What's Going On Here.

RB never really reched the heights of his Mistreated end solo live - except maybe in the Rising tour rehersals.

Classic album with many great songs... sail away and MJTYL are the two faves on this one. But they are all very good!

My top Purple albums (at the moment) would be:

 In Rock/ Machine Head
 WDWTWA/ Burn/ Perfect Strangers
 Purpendicular/ Abandon/ Fireball
 Come Taste The Band

I think Burn is a brilliant album, and by far the best done by MKIII. Stormbringer is a weak album IMO.
