Latest Purple book
I've sort of lost track of the various Purple book projects, which one's are still in the making, which ones are freshly released, and which ones are now old news.
Wasn't Nigel working on something? While I followed all this closely back in the mid-00's, I've kind of lost some touch with it. Did he ever release it? Has Mr. Charlesworth released an update to the book I purchased way back in 1983? We need a book that covers the 1984-2009 Purple, as faithfully and thoroughly as Charlesworth did for the 1968-1976 Purple.

The Charlesworth book was updated by Simon Robinson for the Listen Learn Read On box set. The book and the BBC takes of In Rock tracks alone make the box truly essential for any long term fan of the band.
MBTP man Jerry Bloom is writing a book on Rainbow's Rising album and tour, which should be really interesting.
Visiting the website I found this book. No info on the author etc.

John, Nigels book has not been released yet,
but i don't think he has forgotten, it just seems like it.
