Anyone get the setlist for the Wellington show?
They say WS opened for Ozzy in New Zealand. I have a feeling WS played stuff from Stormbringer or CTTB...
Anyone know what was played? I'm reading good reviews from WS.com that they sounded great.

From WS.com:

#133871
118.90.73.217 No they didnt play burn but they did in their rehersal. There wasnt enough time for WS to do a full set as Ozzy needed the stage pronto (or so I have heard). For the rock2wgtn weekend I would have to say my top 3 acts would have been WhiteSnake, Alice Cooper and Ozzy (very closley by poison believe it or not these guys got the crowd rocking)

Re: Anyone get the setlist for the Wellington show?
Here is a youtube link from Wellington, "Here I Go Again". Rather slow version, but sounds like the band is in good form. That includes DC.
Sounds like the new drummer, Chris Frazier, has made the the band more straight, groovy and "down to earth". Not much overplaying, less scueeqs, widdle, overnotes and noise - and a little more classic WS, maybe. Just maybe

The new album still has a fair amount of widdle and squawk! Not that it bothers me. The Wellington rendition of Here I Go Again didn't sound much different to what was played on recent tours - albeit there isn't a drummer bashing the hell out of his drums. I note that DC still sounds better in the studio...

Woah, not a bad start!
I still fail to see any qualities in Bad Boys, but Coverdale has chosen three of the strongest tracks off the new album.
Go David! :-)
