it the laugh they get out of watching the sketch.

That's what makes Groovy Pants Gus' appearances funny. The pants ARE awful but Gus, by the way he's sauntering along, obviously thinks they are the coolest thing. Not to mention the way others in the skits comment on it, Gus is obviously famous for his pants. emoticon

You have got to admit, they are funny because they are so loud, BUT it is what it IN the pants that we enjoy. emoticon
