Daniel Craig all scruffy but a little soft & concerned for the little girl, Nicole Kidman, lovely & brilliant as always & very menacing as the witch, Sam Elliott who is just always so rumbly & manly & just, grrr! He's quite hot for being almost old enough to be my grandpa!

There still no news about a sequel, maybe because it did bad in the boxoffice?who knows
I will let you girls know if hear something about a sequel and Bana's involvement.

Re: His Dark Materials : The Golden Compass (2007) I thought that I heard on the radio that "The Golden Compass" sequel and the latest "Harry Potter" movies were being set aside by the studios because of their outsized budgets.
"The Golden Compass" movies didn't draw the box office numbers that they were expected to bring in.
