Saw. . .Oh, thanks! I was so taken (sobbing) at the end of the book also, that sitting in the theatre watching the movie, I was getting teary eyed expecting that same ending. And when it didn't come I was somewhat dismayed! And they could have ended it the same way.
But thanks for feeling the same way about the ending of the book.
I went and saw the movie with my sister-in-law, and afterwards while having lunch, LOL LOL LOL she kept asking how this worked with him going back, and not knowing her when she saw him in the library because he hadn't been back yet. I kept explaining how it worked but got nowhere. LOL I told her if she had read the book she would have been even more confused.

Word on the street is that this will be released to DVD on Feb 9, 2010.
Just in time for Valentine's Day......
