Yeah Star that dress was a little hmmmm...

I went last night and saw the movie. I thought it was really good. Unlike some of you all though I enjoyed the book emoticon

It did feel a little disconnected from it though but I am glad it had a few light moments in it so it didn't seem too heavy and tear jerky throughout. One lady in the theater was crying so hard at the ending I thought she was going to have a break down or something. I did get a little teary eyed especially because I knew what was coming. Like you Browneyes I expected the same ending and that got me when I read the book. My other friend wanted to see it also so I might go see it again next weekend with her.

Yeah when the rat tail came off...holy smokes! emoticon And I really did not mind seeing the Bana buns..if you all don't mind me saying, that was nice. emoticon

TTTW finished 3rd for the weekend,with 19.2 million, not bad.

Saw. . .Oh, thanks! I was so taken (sobbing) at the end of the book also, that sitting in the theatre watching the movie, I was getting teary eyed expecting that same ending. And when it didn't come I was somewhat dismayed! And they could have ended it the same way. emoticon

But thanks for feeling the same way about the ending of the book. emoticon

I went and saw the movie with my sister-in-law, and afterwards while having lunch, LOL LOL LOL she kept asking how this worked with him going back, and not knowing her when she saw him in the library because he hadn't been back yet. emoticon emoticon I kept explaining how it worked but got nowhere. LOL I told her if she had read the book she would have been even more confused.
