I just love that he has excepted another Aussie role !!
It's great that he is true to his Aussie roots...
Most actors get really involved with the whole "Hollywood Hopla"...
Like Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe...
Not Eric...
In a magazine interview from 1996...
Hew was asked..."When we bump into each other in 10 years, where would you like to be?"
quote: Eric replied
" In Australia, working on another film, tinkering with my car, still enjoying making people laugh and..."
That's exactly what he's doing now...
How awesome !!
I'm so happy for him !!
Yep! He's a wonderful bloke
I hope he does another comedy here one day too.
That would be cool.
I agree with you Christy, there's a few
Aussie actors that have turned their back on
OZ, Russel Crowe's not too bad.
He still has his accent and is'nt such a
snob. He's often on the news because he's
helped out footy clubs ect.. and he still
playes in his band Forty odd foot of grunt,
and lives here, and just recently donated
$200,000 to a school in his home town to buy
a swimming pool.
But he's got a temper and gets into fights
which is a shame.
And his head is not nearly as good as Eric's.
But the only time Nicole Kidman is here is
to visit family, she has devoloped a wierd
accent and seems to be very stuck
up.
Hollywood can keep her.

Stuck up actress
Needs lot's of attention
and a good meal
