Dream Roles

Hey ladies-
I was just curious, if you were a casting director and could Eric in any movie ever (or one based on a book that's not even made yet), what would it be?

While I have several that I think Eric would be great in, a remake of To Kill A Mockingbird (slightly longer than the original)would be my dream role for him. Eric could pull off Atticus Finch so well.

I would love him to be in an erotic thriller. My dream co-star in looks, not acting ability because I feel this actress is average, is Monica Bellucci. They would be the epitome of tall, dark and handsome. I figure if they can cast with Drew Barrymoore, then it would be fine to do the same with Monica. emoticon

Erotic thriller with EB and Monica Bellucci? Yep, I'd be the first in line at the theater to watch that movie. Rowr. emoticon

Honestly, I don't want to see him in a romantic role. There are some things that I think he would be AMAZING in because of his passion for things, especially when it comes to race cars. I would love to see him in a racing movie. That would be an ultimate high. Sad to say, I'd LOVE to see him as a bad guy. I don't mean chopper, I mean in a thriller where he's a sexy charming villain. Mmmmmmm.... LOL!!

I don't know really, but I'm sure I don't want to see him in an action film that those Van Damme use to play...I hat them! emoticon

Yes, an erotic and dark thriller would be fantastic!

Fortunately the history "The Other Boleyn Girl" has the potential of an erotic thriller - it contains raw violence, scheming and plotting as well as romantic moments and explicit sexuality.
Henry VIII wrote some beautiful poetry and loveletters, and in the next moment he showed that he was capable of extreme cruelty, when he thought that someone put obstacles in his way!
The reason that I look forward so much to this movie is that I really hope the director make good use of the "erotic thriller" moments in the story! I know that both Scarlett and Eric can do "dangerous" (Chopper, BHD, MatchPoint).

all right - its not a movie part but I'll put it in anyway. I'd really like to see him on the Craig Ferguson Late Late Night Show promoting one of his movies in the States. Just as himself. Craig always makes me laugh. And I always enjoy Eric interviews but when he has someone with a sense of humor doing the interview you always end up with him telling the best stories. On the wishlist for me - that's what I'm hopeing for. As for movie parts - I'd love to see him as a villian too. Dark and clever and calm. He's got that quiet intensity that if turned to the 'dark side' would induce shivers.

I don't think you have to worry Ginny...I guess he's too sensitive to take such a role. So far all his movies had deeper backgrounds than just a killing machine.

I don't have a dream role but I'd like him to be a Late Night Host...there he can play his entire skills. Funny but thoughtful and so on

For me, the definition of acting is being someone you aren’t
