Re: Pottermania - Harry and the Banatics
Thanx, babila!
Well, in the beginning, I didn't like HP, because I am a huge LotR-fan and among my friends, we had an "Anti-Potter"-attitude towards the movies and books But later, my sister borrowed me her books and the DVDs and suddenly I became a (wee) fan of the young wizard.
I haven't read the first 2 books, because I watched the movies, but I read all other parts - and I must say, that I mostly liked book 5 and 6. In the opinion of most readers, HP#5 is too long and boring, but I enjoyed reading it! I think, book 5 is important for Harry's further development as teenager and young adult - and of course as talented wizard And we learn more about his friends Hermione and Ron, as well as some other school fellows.
Book 6 is darker and we get many information about Tom Riddle and his time at Hogwards.
I'm very curious of the film #4! Have you already see the teaser? It hasn't been shown here in Germany, but I found it online here.
And here are some more movie-stills (found at the leaky cauldron
the Gryffindors
Mr. HP
the Weasley-tent (omg, I love it! )
Cedric
Victor Krum (yummy! )
Cho
Harry exhausted
Mad-Eye Moody
Barty Crouch sr.

Re: Pottermania - Harry and the Banatics
Hey thanks a lot
I always thought Sean Biggerstaff who played Oliver Wood (Gryffindor Quidditch Captain) is a cutie, a bit young, but cute

Yes he will, and I'm really looking forward to see him doing that...I'm sure he's very good as Voldemort..he has such a voice and such eyes!! If Alan Rickman's in the new movie as well then there's two of my favorites! yippee!!

Re: Pottermania - Harry and the Banatics
Hmm, Fiennes isn't my Voldemort - actually. I won't say he's bad but well he doesn't fit my imagination Above all after I've seen the young Tom Riddle
Tough I've to say if he looks like that, I guess I can live with it.
But please don't ask me who fits...lol
I know it's a long way but I hope the werewolves will look better in the future
@ Lui: I read an interesting theory about Snape and what he's done in AthbP...not sure if I can post it here or if you've already read it on BR?
Ah and I found this

It's so worse that it's nearly good again
