If you see that your post has been edited by one of
the Moderators and it says, "DELETED" or your post
is just missing, it's not a computer glick!
Please do not repost whatever it was that that was
edited or deleted! The Moderators can edit or delete
anyone's post here at the Board without question.
I think in the old days the Mods would try to kindly redirect folks back to the topic
of the thread, but now days that approach doesn't work anymore with
some of the newer members, a lot of them just ignore the Mods.
So I have instructed the Mods to delete posts.
If you see that the Mods have deleted or edited your post, don't take it personally
they are just doing their job. They don't owe you or anyone any explanation either.
If you would like an explanation you can email me, NOT the Mods and I will address it.
I will listen to your complaint but if you bash the Mods, it won't help your case at all...
I hand picked these Mods, myself and I respect all of their decisions...
We used to be alittle more relaxed about this Board,
but any patience we had is now gone and has been ever since Munich arrived.
In case you haven't noticed,
we made the four main sections about Eric public again.
So you no longer have to have be loggin or have
a runboard account to read the following four sections...
GENERAL
FILM
TV SHOWS
PHOTO CENTER
Since the Munich film, we made the entire Board private, because
we had some not so nice folks join us, these new folks caused a lot
of are older members to leave and created all kinds of other problems
as well.
But, since we made the Board private, we realized that there are a lot
of folks who aren't really interested in socializing with us, they are just
curious, so they were applying for membership just to read the Board.
We decided that we would rather have these transient folks
viewing pictures on the Board instead of actually applying
for a membership.
Hopefully this will cut down on the amount of traffic
and the Board will soon become a more personal
environment again, just like the way it used to be.
