Dont be so hard on yourself... youve done so much more than many (inc myself emoticon) could/would ever manage.

On the road for the summer and you will forget all these hassles.

Re: Update of Buggy with Piccies

went down to JJB the other day and bought a skateboard.
Luckily they were all on offer and got myself a nippy little number.
think the kid serving me thought it was a present, hardly be me using it.
went home removed one of the wheels of the skateboard and what would you know.
fits great, it just slipped on in the place of the old one. first bit of luck i've had on 5 yrs of building!
please excuse the rust, it was painted well over 2yrs ago then been sat on drive under a tarpauline.

lookin to paint the underneath of the shell.

what can you guys recommend?

only want to apply it with a brush as i don't fancy masking it all off and things are moving quite well at the moment.

well for me they are.

Painted underneath mine back in the 90s in black smoothrite - worked well & needed no masking as I used a brush, however I now need to strip it all off & its not going to be easy emoticon

Underside will be 2k semi gloss black this time around - sprayed on emoticon

i think black smoothrite is the way i'll go.

just wasn't sure if there was any nasties in it that would react with the glass
