How about having a go at designing the side graphic alex was talking about, some sort of faded shiny chrome effect. if you have freehand or illustrator at home i can send you an ai that should open from within either. if you do any fades in a vector shape i am hoping to get it digitally output.
if you stick to 3 figure pantones they are usually within the gamut.we usually end up with a 10 to 20 % magenta extra richness though.
