once all the back of the seat has been sanded it's ready for filling

Image

GT Rich, soldiering on through the hundreds of factory spot welds

Image

the first seat finally finished being rubbed down ready for filling (probably to be done on Friday)

Image

whilst the fibre glass was drying on the second seat I pressed on with stripping the last few bits of paint from the roof

Re: The JagerBug - Club Racecar

wrong I know, but I actually quite like how the bug looks with the doors like this emoticon

Image

I'm not sure what happened at this point in the evening but by the look of the pics everyone started working double speed!

Graeme d/a ing the roof

Image

GT Rich looked demented with his d/a inside, sanding so fast the camera couldn't get a still image!

Image

see, posessed i tell ya!

Image

meanwhile I continued to calmly (and slowly) strip the paint from the roof

Image

an arty shot taken by Pete who popped around to say hi

Image

yet more sanding!

time for a quick tea break

Image

no doughnuts this week emoticon and Alex was even spotted eating an apple! a sneaky ploy to try and shave vital thousands of a second off his 1/4 mile time?

the Jagerbug makes a good table

Image

then back to work on the roof

Image

all hands on deck

Alex brazing the front quarter into place

Image

something i've never seen before, it's cool stuff

Image

very neatly done

Image

the seat was taking forever to dry, may have had something to do with the lack of skill of the mixer
