GT Rich cut them out using the jigsaw

before I used the band sander to get them to the right size

it took a while but we now have Lexan all round, ready to pop in when the paint has chance to dry properly

yes, the window rubbers have been chopped to fit emoticon

the seats have come a long way since we butchered them

the wings were then bolted into place with new stainless bolts and washers (and copper grease)
