dare I say it's starting to look like a Bug again!

Image

Well today I started with a stripped pan

Image

I then seam welded the frame horns to stiffen the back end

Image

Then fitted some gussets to stiffen the torsion housing

Image

Should hopefully be a bit stiffer now

Image

Then cleaned it all up ready for another coat of primer

Image

Before flipping it back over to tidy up the top side

Meanwhile paul had come over to start fitting the Vinyl to the painted shell

Image

He started with the spoiler

Image

Image

and then moved on to the main shell

Image

Getting all the sponsors names placed well

Image

Placing all the text carefully

Image

Then it was time for the big one
