after lots of fiddling about (long story) the temporary gearbox went in, again emoticon

I made a start on asssembling the rear brakes but got stuck when we realised we have no shoes! :eek: another trip to GSF tomorrow

everything was assembled using copper grease to keep it all nice and adjustable

Paul was fitting the front spindles and master cylinder

it was all hands on deck trying to get the pan rolling again

and although we may not be finished just yet a load of fiddly jobs have been done in preparation to refitting the body

handbrake fitted, all brake lines in place, pedals in, beam greased etc etc

we'll have the body back on the pan by early evening tomorrow then it's a frantic dash to get it looking like a race car for Friday morning!

I'm off to bed, more tomorrow emoticon

But you all must have a rest after the show, even if it's just a couple of nights! You don't want to be too knackered or ill to take it down the strip at the pod emoticon cos that's what it's really all about
