I spent most of this afternoon anally measuring up where to drill the holes in the ali door panels. There's so many bloody holes in the doors alreay it was a hell of a job finding metal to drill into!

first job was to keep this area in tip top condition for years to come so a liberal spraying of waxoyl

let's just say it was a bit tricky trying to work around the cage. Eventually, the ali panel was screwed into position and now just needs a clean up

the other side can't go in until the wiring has been fed through

so Paul and I made a start on fitting the passenger door panel

Alex spent the night faffing around with the block (by faffing I mean doing important drilling and tapping that I don't understand but I'm sure he'll explain better tomorrow! emoticon )
