The foremost expert on FOR's
IMHO the foremost expert on FOR's in this country is Bill Tietze. Bill has been consistently flying and breeding FOR's in America for about 50 some odd years. He has a vast knowledge and first hand experience of almost all the strains and breeds of OR's in the US and beyond. He has been actively involved nationally in the Pigeon fancy almost all his life. He is a co-founder of the FORS and knows the history of the club. In fact, all of the Fehrholz and Husband Tuffies that came through Dennis and myself came through Bill, who got his Fehrholz directly from Andy Estrada.
Why am I praising him? If you are interested in the truth about the breed or the club, it's no further away than a click of your email. Bill is not active in the club anymore (I sure wish he was, it would save me a lot of headaches) because of his age and health. But if you send him a sincere question and get to know him, I am sure he will answer. He has always answered me and in a straightforward manner.
