New birds.
Hi all, I just got some birds from Alan, they all look good and healthy, 2 almonds, 1 kite Fehrholz and a Catalonian tumbler. I'm happy with the birds i got.
Thank you Alan.

Boy, I am dense, I didn't put two and two together. I just realized you were the same "Charles" I sent birds to. duh!
The Almond blue bar is very rare in Fehrholz birds, most of them have an underling pattern of Dark Check.

Re: New birds.
Hi Charles, I can understand your happiness getting your new birds knowing you will enjoy them. Just this morning I picked up 4 hens at the post office to add to my loft. A silverbar and 3 blacks. That gives me a total of 4 pair now. Looking forward to a new breeding season in 2010...

Re: New birds.
Hey Charles, I don't mind you asking and will be glad to help out contacting this seller. The club members here have helped me out more than I can say, and it would be my pleasure to help another club member. These birds are from a different line than the Fehrholz. They are from the Husband line. Send me an email and I will give you his contact info.

Re: New birds.
No problem Charles, I hear ya on the loft room. On advice, I went ahead and built twice what I needed for a loft. Then I didn't have any pigeons to put in it... That had the wife wondering somewhat... ...Got 4 birds, and only 1 was a hen. Don't ya know a coopers hawk ate it... ...That left me with a baby pigeon to take care of and 3 cоck birds. Figuring the odds, my guess is the squeaker is a cоck, so I got these 4 hens and think I am ready to make progress now... ...
