Re: TWIZZLE
I put them out once in a while with some Barrett strain BRs I have that fly the height and the time and spin deep and fast but those Siskimas birds from Richard won't go up.They are pets now I guess. When I have the time I may try breeding one of them to the Husband stock I have and see if we can't get some action out of some young ones.

Re: TWIZZLE
Kelly i forgot to tell you i have a few purple martins and you should see them chase the FORS maybe that is why mine from Alberta least will fly. ha maybe you should try that before they become pets and you start falling over them under your feet. Purple martins houses for the FORS from Alberts what a joke. He did tell me he never had them up so i guess i should have went somewhere else.

Re: TWIZZLE
Kelly,
I started with Skistimas strain before Sippi sent me some Husbands.
I wasted 3 years with the Skistimas, they would kit but do nothing more than a flip, and I had plenty of overflys, because they didn't have the stamina to fight their way back through a moderate wind.
One year my Husband's cоck to hen ratio was off, so with the extra Husband cоcks I bred some Skistimas crosses.
All I produced was a bunch of screwed up Orientals, who could even get it together enough to kit, they were all flying at different altitudes, with different flight speeds, some flew back and forth straight across the sky, fast like a homer racing home.
Don't waste your time or feed crossing those birds, unless of course you have the time and feed to waste.
Robert
